Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Leading and strategically developing an international team of experts and project managers 
• Being responsible for requirements analysis and solution design in the area of product quality solutions
• Evaluating and implementing solutions for global end-to-end processes in the area of product quality management and environment, health and safety (SAP/non-SAP) 
• Coordinating and managing external partners to deliver software services
• Ensuring a high performing IT service in compliance with the agreed SLAs in IT service management 
• Supporting international rollouts of your own process solutions

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Several years of experience in designing solution concepts and in further developing software in the area of ERP/PLM, ideally in an agile environment 
• Several years of managerial experience in an international environment
• Interest in managing and developing employees
• Good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, SAP QM and SAP IS Retail
• Outstanding level of commitment, team spirit and an outgoing nature with strong communication skills
• Very good English language skills
