Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Assuming responsibility for further developing and implementing processers, methods and structures within the IT governance framework with internal interfaces and stakeholders
  • Comprehensively advising the technical departments to establish smooth and consistent IT governance element and to continuously improve them
  • Designing and establishing a forward-thinking IT business alignment strategy
  • Developing and establishing a modern IT governance concept which encompasses classic and agile IT methods, processes and tools and their operation
  • Managing and continuously further developing your own team
  • Closely collaborating with the operating business, national and international specialist departments and external development partners

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • A degree with the main focus on IT or business economics
  • Experience in conceptualising and implementing the IT strategy, IT transformation and target operating model
  • In-depth know-how and practical experience in dealing with market standards and best practices in IT Governance (e.g. COBIT, CMMI, COSO, ITIL)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, understanding of company management and development
  • Assertive, committed team player with strong communication skills
  • Experience in leading and developing individual employees and teams
  • Very good English language skills
