<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • You will be responsible for the personal and professional development of your team members and build sustainable customer relationships together with your Business Relationship Managers
  • You will develop and manage positive, close business relationships with IT support stakeholders at all management levels
  • You understand the priorities and goals of the relevant stakeholders and/or departments that use IT support and design the portfolio and the associated reporting accordingly
  • You will be responsible for short-term and long-term budget planning to ensure that IT support develops in line with the strategic goals of the various business units
  • You will assume the role of mediator in cases of stakeholder escalation as well as initiate, communicate and monitor any corrective measures taken
  • You will plan, develop and implement the medium/long-term strategy together with the leadership team
     

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • You have five or more years of experience working in international organisations in the field of IT management
  • You are an experienced leader, providing the team with the right mixture of mentorship, structure and gatekeeping
  • You are able to manage multi-stakeholder settings with excellent communication skills
  • You are an entrepreneurial thinker with an organised mindset and excellent time management
  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills that help to translate complex questions into simple solutions
