In your role as IT Manager for Process Excellence (m/f/x), you will lead a team that supports our business units in continuously optimising our global business processes. To do this, you will initiate and lead projects for the identification and realisation of automation and efficiency potential with the help of Process Mining and Task Mining (Celonis) Come aboard to experience excellent team spirit and play a key role in shaping our path forward.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Establishing, managing and developing your own team made up of 4–6 experts
  • Advising the business units as thought leader in the optimisation, automation and digitalisation of end-to-end processes
  • Developing a shared roadmap and managing our process optimisation activities 
  • Initiating and leading projects for continuous process improvement, especially using Process Mining and Task Mining (Celonis)
  • Further developing the methodology toolset and enabling the organisation to use the tools
  • Delivering structured and effective stakeholder management that includes external partners and international project teams

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree with a focus on business administration, information science or engineering 
  • Professional experience with a focus on process management, preferably as a consultant
  • Experience in leading employees and managing external partners
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks, methods and tools for process optimisation
  • Excellent consulting skills with an ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
  • Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in shaping and accompanying change 
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
