In your role as IT Manager (m/f/x) in the Center of Excellence for Business Process Management, you and your team will be responsible for expanding our business process management concept at an international level and will advise the business units on the continuous optimisation of our global business processes. <h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Establishing, managing and developing your own team made up of 4–6 experts
  • Developing and implementing a holistic and systematic approach for optimising our global end-to-end retail processes
  • Initiating and leading projects for the identification and realisation of automation and efficiency potential using relevant methods and tools such as Six Sigma, Process Mining and Celonis
  • Further developing the methodology toolset and enabling the organisation to use the tools independently
  • Advising the business departments in your role as thought leader on the optimisation, automation and digitalisation of processes
  • Delivering structured and effective stakeholder management that includes external partners and international project teams

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree with a focus on business administration, information science or engineering 
  • Long-standing experience working with a focus on business process management, preferably as a consultant
  • Experience in leading employees and managing external partners
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks, methods and tools such as Six Sigma, Process Mining, Celonis and Signavio
  • Excellent consulting skills and the ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
  • Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in shaping and accompanying change 
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
