Your Tasks
- Manages and mentors internal team and external partners
- Demonstrates organisational change management knowledge
- Understands and actively listens to key stakeholders, builds trust quickly and serves as an internal change management consultant
- Translates strategic goals for the project into tactical change management actions
- Manages and participates in change impact and change readiness assessments as well as stakeholder analyses
- Supervises the development and optimisation of change management and communication plans, templates and materials
- Ensures communication is consistent and aligns with ALDI standards
- Organises, manages and presents at meetings, workshops, events, etc.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; Organisational Change Management, Communications, Business Management, Marketing or HR degree preferred
- project management experience and supervising direct reports is preferred
- Understanding of change management and communications subject matter is a plus
- Experience presenting recommendations, gaining consensus and generating excitement for new ideas
- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams, including external partners/vendors is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience preparing and presenting executive level recommendations is a plus
