Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Working in a team that ensures a standardised supply/demand process for captives
  • Organising meetings with stakeholders to agree on strategic targets and clarify budget-related questions
  • Supporting internal customers from around the world in optimally using our service desk
  • Ensuring outstanding service quality when handling complaints and complex queries
  • Acting as an interface between the service provider and the company to improve relationships through proactive consulting and data analysis
  • Continuously improving processes and their seamless integration into our organisation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • University degree in economics/business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL, service desk operations and IT methodology
  • Experience in working with tools, applications and processes related to the relevant focus (SCPE or IDA)
  • Experience in data analysis and processing
  • Successful work as a customer success partner using BRM principles and stakeholder management
  • Very good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Experience in the use of Tableau
  • Knowledge of working with ServiceNow, PowerPoint, ThinkCell and M365

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Initial project experience is considered an advantage
