Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing IT contracts and finances as part of an IT Vendor Management team​
• Managing and negotiating contracts with our external IT partners​
• Assuming the role of main contact person for internal business units, procurement teams and compliance teams​
• Defining and monitoring contract deliverables​
• Planning and managing IT budgets related to outsourced services​
• Ensuring compliance with the invoice process

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT, business informatics or IT controlling​
• Sound IT knowledge and basic ITIL knowledge​
• Knowledge of IT contract management , IT financial management and service level management​
• Experience in cooperating with external IT service providers​
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills​
• Keen interest in international collaboration​
• Good communication and diplomacy skills, as well as fluent English language skills​
