Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Analysing and identifying optimisation potential in terms of technology and processes in our global IT Shared Service Centres
• Continuously evaluating and optimising the global IT support strategy and service performance
• Supporting with strategic decision-making
• Independently carrying out strategic transformations and implementing IT solutions at a global level
• Defining global standards and target operating models
• Continuously monitoring the global shared service market with regard to new technology and support developments 
• Coordinating interdepartmental decisions for end-to-end processes
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree in business studies or IT
• Relevant project experience or (strategic) consulting experience in the area of project management 
• Ability to show initiative, structured methodical approach to work and openness to innovation and change
• Experience with software solutions (preferably ServiceNow)
• Very good spoken and written English and German language skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Desirable extras.

• Experience in an international retail environment or shared services
• Profound knowledge of ITIL-based IT service management
