Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Performing technical analyses of existing HR processes and capabilities to identify potential gaps and drive solutioning
• Developing clear documentation, sharing best practices and promoting consistency in the application
• Working closely with teams from different areas to ensure seamless implementation
• Defining the detailed design (target architecture) for the respective stream, considering the linked streams as well as specific local needs 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Basic understanding of operational stability and the end-to-end process for software and product development
• Profound knowledge and experience within a dedicated field of expertise
• Proficiency in system integration methodologies, especially for Workday to other enterprise systems and identity management/single sign-on 

Desirable extras.

• Experience with Workday HCM modules (i.e. Recruiting, Core, Talent Management)
• Experience applying agile frameworks 
• German language skills are a plus
