<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Acting as an interface between the business and IT in the area of customer loyalty
  • Assuming responsibility for loyalty requirements engineering throughout the entire product development process
  • Analysing needs and creating user stories in cooperation with international business units
  • Defining customer journey models
  • Creating and providing system design elements such as data migration rules and business rules as well as analysing relevant touchpoints (online and offline)
  • Creating project and process documentation for all digital loyalty products
  • Supporting implementation processes in cooperation with the Scrum team
  • Utilising agile practices and ceremonies

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • A degree with a focus on business administration or IT
  • Relevant experience with and knowledge of digital customer loyalty programmes, CRM or campaign management solutions in the area of customer loyalty
  • Profound knowledge of business processes in omni-channel retail is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in IT requirements management, ideally in an international and agile context
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and an agile mindset
  • Very good English language skills
