The Business Partner Management and Buying Workflow unit deals with processes and IT solutions for business partner management as well as workflow functions that guide our buyers through the entire process of tendering, contracting, article creation, listing and pricing.   

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide technical support to our IT teams.  

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Analysing business processes and advising the product team and product owner on the resulting requirements 
• Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories 
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency 
• Driving the demand management process and evaluating priorities in the product backlog 
• Assuming ownership for standard operating procedures (SOPs) 
• Working closely together with the product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout 
• Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility 
• Developing the definition of done (DoD) 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis des globalen Geschäftsprozesses und der entsprechenden Produktlinie 
• Sehr gute analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse 
• Kenntnisse über Techniken zur Anforderungserfassung, wie z. B. User Stories und Use Cases 
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit als Teil eines agilen Teams 
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einem zielgruppenorientierten Kontext sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz 
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
