<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Developing and implementing a strategy to support the introduction of organisational change management within the department
  • Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and application of change management principles
  • Providing advice and support to the Change Management project teams
  • Marketing our services and offers throughout the entire ALDI SOUTH Group
  • Identifying communication needs within the organisational unit
  • Collecting data as well as defining and measuring success metrics
     

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Proven in-depth experience in change management applying a variety of change management methods
  • Practical experience in identifying problems at an early stage and solving them effectively
  • Assertive, committed and sociable team player with strong communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage several priorities and to complete projects successfully
