<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Taking an active role in designing our IT system and process landscape 
  • Closely cooperating with national and international business and IT departments 
  • Implementing software changes according to requirements and further developing the established automation rate of the systems 
  • Providing technical assurance for the operation of the document management and digitisation solutions at ALDI SOUTH 
  • Further developing the IT systems from a technical standpoint by working actively with the internal team and closely collaborating with the external team of the service provider 
  • Designing projects and releases that optimise document management and digitisation software with a view to establishing company-wide standards 

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Ideally, a degree with a focus on IT, electrical engineering, mathematics or economics 
  • Experience in dealing with complex system landscapes and, ideally, experience with systems for document management/ECM/archiving and/or invoice capturing 
  • Consistent motivation to drive processes and IT solutions forward every day, to identify and realise potentials 
  • Very good English language skills 
  • Above-average level of commitment and team spirit, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
