Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
• Configuring Workday HR modules based on business requirements and functional specifications 
• Supporting the creation of custom business processes, including configuration of approval workflows, notifications and integrations with other Systems

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Experience configuring and developing Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management and Learning)
• Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
• Knowledge of Workday Web Services and APIs for integration with external systems (e.g. finance, payroll and third-party vendors) is an advantage
• Experience working in agile or waterfall project environments, collaborating with project teams to deliver solutions on time

Desirable extras. 

• German language skills are a plus
