The Customer Interaction department in our Digital Services unit always has the digital customer experience in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions, and using online tools comes naturally to you. As part of the team, you’ll develop digital “must-haves” for a wide variety of apps and websites, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for our customers

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Develop using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Partner strategically with product management and analytics teams to support A/B testing and web personalization strategy
• Diagnose and fix technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences
• Collaborate with several teams including e-Commerce, Creative, and Engineering to ensure timely execution of web optimization strategy

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Deep knowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Knowledge and experience working with A/B testing
• Good understanding of Optimization / Testing Tools
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Knowledge of Mobile app SDK implementation (iOS and Android)
• Knowledge on Single Page Application (SPA)

Desirable extras.

• Adobe Target experience (i.e. Target – AAM, Target - Analytics etc..)
• React and Angular is a plus as a framework
• Experienced in gathering and using API data for experience personalization; i.e. weather or customer account APIs
