Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Shaping and refining our visual language through an iterative design system
• Generating new ideas and encouraging open exploration
• Developing reusable components and documenting best practices
• Setting and enforcing high-quality standards while supporting the team to meet them
• Sharing knowledge with product teams to enable innovative solutions quickly and at scale
•  Collaborating closely with UX designers, user researchers, product owners and developers
• Providing confident design decisions and leadership for our global design community
• Maintaining and extending our design tokens for consistency across products and platforms
• Contributing to the development of prototyping components for designer's tools
• Actively seeking feedback from users to improve our design system

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree with a specialization in visual design, human-computer interaction or other media-related courses
• Demonstrate practical experience in creating design systems, establishing scalable and usable structures and developing components
• Exhibit a proactive, collaborative and curious hands-on mentality
• Display a solid understanding of the software development process and experience in defining a design system's vision
• Very good English language skills

What is desirable.

• Proficient in Figma and Jira, with excellent knowledge of their respective functionalities.
• Demonstrates mastery in the craft of UI design, leveraging problem-solving skills to drive projects forward
• Detail-oriented, taking ownership of tasks and accepting feedback to continuously improve outcomes
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
• Sound understanding of design principles and a keen affinity for technology
• Experience with UI design libraries and design system platforms such as Storybook, Fracture, ZeroHeight and Supernova
