Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Establishing, managing and further developing international demand management in terms of the e-commerce strategy as part of agile transformation
  • Evaluating and prioritising national customer requirements as well as comparing them with transnational e-commerce, marketing and digitalisation strategies
  • Designing and communicating technical and business demands between various international stakeholders and organisational units with the goal of developing mutual understanding
  • Monitoring process progress and initiating measures in the case of deviations with the help of cross-functional workshops
  • Identifying “early stage” risks relating to technical feasibility, deadlines, dependencies and costs as well as initiating measures to reduce these 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Professional experience in the area of retail B2C e-commerce
  • High level of initiative and readiness to passionately drive matters forward as well as to develop and establish innovative possible solutions
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills and a high level of customer orientation
  • Practical experience in preparing and presenting conclusive reports
  • Can maintain a healthy balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

 

Desirable extras.

  • Extensive knowledge in the area of software development
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in interface functions between IT and business areas, preferably in the role of a business partner or IT demand manager
  • A degree with a focus on business administration or IT
