Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects
• Ensuring that data is properly mapped, validated and transferred between systems while aligning with business requirements and compliance standards
• Monitoring the mapping, transformation and cleansing of data to ensure it aligns with the requirements of the target system
• Ensuring that data migration activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and data privacy regulations

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or similar qualification with a focus on business or IT
• Professional fluency in English for international cooperation
• Structured, independent and self-organised work style
• Experience in data governance and management, also from an IT perspective
• Good understanding of policies and rules
• Experience with data quality tools and data catalogues is an advantage

Desirable extras. 

• Preferably experience with Workday HCM modules (i.e. Recruiting, Core, Talent Management)
• Experience in applying agile frameworks 
• German language skills are a plus
