Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Acting as the technical expert for process mining in a team of process and industry experts; advising departments on how to optimise end-to-end processes
• Understanding business needs and defining technical requirements for the implementation of process mining in collaboration with IT experts
• Implementing the technical setup for process mining solutions, including data integration, transformation and modelling of organisational data
• Creating customised, state-of-the-art process mining dashboards with defined key performance indicators/process performance indicators based on business requirements  
• Deriving data-driven, actionable insights via process mining in order to develop optimisation measures (exploratory as well as hypothesis-driven)

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent training (preferably with a focus on data analytics)
• Initial professional experience in data science/data engineering
• Experience with data or process analysis tools (e.g. Python, Tableau, Celonis)
• Knowledge of relational databases or programming (e.g. SQL)
• Solution-oriented thinking and a data-driven mindset with a focus on practical solutions to problems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good English language skills
   

Desirable extras.

• Experience implementing process mining solutions (e.g. Celonis)
• Experience in machine learning and automation technologies
