• Following a modern leadership approach in line with agile values and principles  
• Leading and continuously developing an international squad, in close collaboration with your team’s Product Owner and the Chapter Leads  
• Facilitating personal growth of the squad members in line with organisational objectives and key results  
• Taking over one of our squad roles (Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Product Owner, Frontend Expert, Machine Learning Engineer)  
• Collaborating with a growing team of experienced data & analytics experts  
• Solving technical data problems in order to help achieve business goals  
• Collaborating with business partners to develop novel ways to meet objectives utilising cutting-edge techniques and tools  

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Higher education with a focus on Data & Analytics
• Several years of experience in the role of Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Product Owner, Frontend Expert or Machine Learning Engineer  
• Several years of leadership experience and/or project experience in data & analytics  
• Practical experience in an agile working environment  
• Assertive, committed and sociable team player with excellent communication skills  
• Very good English language skills  

What is desirable.

• Experience in managing external partners
