Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Supporting internal clients in e-commerce, with the aim of a cost-optimised support structure
  • Assuming the main responsibility for strategies, concepts and prototypes and strategically developing the support processes for our clients
  • Developing relationships between clients, our IT Shared Services and International IT in order to mediate between levels
  • Determining, delivering and communicating the added value provided by the IT organisation for our internal clients from the business teams
  • Ensuring that our Global Service Desks provide the right services in a proper relation (quality/costs)
  • Supporting clients in identifying the right business value metrics
  • Ensuring that the defined metrics and the underlying performance levels are met and deriving the corresponding measures

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Successfully completed degree in the field of economics/business informatics, marketing, e-commerce or a comparable qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience in the area of e-commerce with IT focus
  • Very good communication and networking skills and the ability to create interfaces
  • Being assertive, committed and a sociable team player
  • Having a talent for communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Very good German and English language skills


Desirable extras.

  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience in IT Service Desk
