Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Implementing and continuously improving our crisis management (CM) and service continuity management system
• Preparing a company-wide CM and BCM concept
• Establishing a crisis and service continuity organisation
• Conducting business impact and risk analyses
• Making decisions on how to handle risk (in particular defining measures to reduce the level of risk)
• Developing business continuity plans as well as verifying these by means of emergency drills
• Advising and supporting the operational business departments

Your Profile

What you should have.

• University degree, ideally with a focus on CM, BCM and/or risk management
• Professional experience in the field of crisis and service continuity management, which may have also been gained in a consulting or auditing firm, for example
• Experience as a crisis team member is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of standards such as ISO 22301 and BSI standard 100-4 and/or 200-4 community draft
• Committed personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good English language skills
