The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Center team focuses on providing a stable SAP BTP environment and building value-adding apps on the SAP Business Technology Platform while considering UX standardisation.
 

Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Establishing a detailed understanding of SAP BTP with its technical and contractual components and developing planning assumptions for value flows in an SAP BTP context
• Unterstanding the interests of various SAP BTP stakeholders and preparing accompanying reports
• Recording and structuring current costs using the available software tools as well as developing budgets and forecasts on this basis
• Conducting analyses of available resources with the available software tools and using them to develop resource plans and resource forecasts
• Implementing cost and benefit analyses and applying the findings to relevant technical services
• Planning, coordinating and commissioning external service providers
• Conducting plan vs. actual analyses and using these to derive recommendations for action
• Acting as the contact person of the SAP BTP Center team to answer any contractual questions as well as closely cooperating with the IT Buying department

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience & knowledge in IT controlling
• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
• Above-average analytical and conceptual skills as well as knowledge in the area of financial management
• Good communicator with diplomatic skills
• Fluent in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience in (project) controlling (business cases, reporting, ad-hoc analyses) would be beneficial, ideally in an IT environment
• SAP BTP knowledge
• German skills
