<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Coordinating and implementing measures for continual service improvement
  • Closely cooperating with our IT service owners in order to prioritise, improve and refine our most important ITIL processes
  • Defining service measures and metrics as well as data recording strategies and improvement targets
  • Instructing and supporting our IT service owners in analysing processes
  • Adapting best practices and methods in cooperation with our ITIL process owners
  • Identifying and resolving issues in our IT service landscape
  • Entering into regular dialogue with international departments and external partners

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of IT service management
  • Sound, practical Six Sigma/CIP/CSI knowledge (preferably with certification)
  • Initial experience with ServiceNow as a service management solution
  • Committed, assertive and sociable team player with excellent communication skills
  • Structured and independent working style and very good German and English language skills
