Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Actively contributing to an international harmonisation project (ATLAS) for the greatest possible standardisation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and centralisation of reports from all departments and countries  
• Further developing a company-wide KPI and reporting governance framework to define processes and responsibilities related to international and national KPIs and reports 
• Gradually implementing the defined processes throughout the company  
• Further developing the concept for documenting KPIs and reports in Collibra to ensure comprehensive data quality in both functional and technical terms 
• Introducing a monitoring concept to determine the degree of centralisation of KPIs and reports as well as to measure the adoption of international reports  
• Providing guidance and training to international and national departments on KPIs and reports as well as data catalogue usage and data quality best practices 
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business administration, IT or engineering
• Extensive professional experience, preferably as a consultant in the retail industry 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Very good ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way 
• Hands-on mentality 
• Structured, independent, reliable and proactive work approach  
• Attention to detail and precision 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Business fluency in English and German 
• Professional experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments
