<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Creates and executes communication strategies and plans, ensuring that all communication is timely, accurate and supports business goals and organisational objectives. 
  • Utilises story fundamentals (e.g., authenticity, tone and calls-to-action) to create informative and engaging communication.
  • Designs, drafts, and produces a variety of internal communications and multimedia materials, including project announcements, leadership talking points, newsletters, videos, storyboards, presentations, and internal news articles.
  • Understands complex, technological concepts and summarise, writes and presents them in a simple, easy to understand way. 
  • Maintains internal news blog by creating and coordinating content across various teams and stakeholders ensuring consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.
  • Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels with the goal of continuously improving strategy to reach and engage employees.
  • Collaborative team style for coordinating and facilitating presentations, workshops, meetings, and discussions.

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree or comparable qualification in journalism, English, communications, marketing or a related field
  • relevant experience as a corporate/internal communication specialist in organizational behaviour, change management or related
  • Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing content
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills 
  • Knowledge in the communication with and management of international stakeholders
  • Ability to think analytically, develop solutions and work independently 
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on change efforts and projects and ability to build relationships and effectively execute in a collaborative environment
  • Seeks out innovative solutions and champions continuous improvement
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
