<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Oversee machine learning (ML) activities (e.g., ML models deployment, optimization of ML model training and execution runtime)
  • Establish machine learning and MLOps standards and tools and promote implementation of practices by creating protocols and ensuring their application
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand the architecture, framework and tools to implement scalable and sustainable solutions 
  • Ensure that everyone in the community has the right support to do their best work and grow in their role
  • Develop, manage and measure continuous learning activities for the community, spanning across locations and business functions
  • Design and implement efficient monitoring and troubleshooting of the machine learning pipeline
  • Act as the “go-to-person” for the community to solve complex problems 

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Senior expertise (5+ years) of leading large machine learning teams at high growth enterprises and working across product and technology departments
  • Strong programming skills in Python/PySpark and machine learning methods
  • Experience with database systems (e.g. SQL Server), Spark (e.g. Databricks) and infrastructures (e.g., Azure)
  • Experience in agile teams and stakeholder management
  • Strong project collaboration to bring together data scientists and engineers
