ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Establishing, managing and developing a customer interaction team
  • Contributing to the development of the next generation of our digital products and services for millions of customers in the ALDI SOUTH countries
  • Establishing a modern leadership approach based on agile values and principles
  • Supporting the team in daily business operations by identifying and eliminating structural and procedural impediments
  • Managing our external development partners, including budget planning
  • Regularly informing various stakeholders about the status and progress of activities within the chapter
  • Working closely with other Chapter Leads regarding product development and organisational advancement

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree with a focus on IT or equivalent qualification/training
  • Experience in leading and developing employees and managing external partners
  • Several years of experience in agile software development or agile project management, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Assertive, committed team player with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
