The Customer Interaction department in our Digital Services unit always has the digital customer experience in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions, and using online tools comes naturally to you. As part of the team, you’ll develop digital “must-haves” for a wide variety of apps and websites, ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

Your Job

• Leading the agile transformation
• Establishing, leading and developing a team
• Assisting in the establishment of a modern leadership approach based on agile values and principles
• Optimising our agile artifacts and ceremonies
• Introducing agile processes and methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or SAFe/LeSS)
• Coordinating agile sprints, retrospectives and reviews as well as providing support to the agile teams
• Identifying and eliminating structural, process-related and social dysfunctions

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Academic degree with a focus on IT or equivalent qualification/training
• Experience in leading and developing employees and managing external service providers
• Several years of experience in agile software development or agile project management
• Very good presentation, moderation and communication skills
• Fluency in English

What is desirable.
