<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Work with stakeholders in planning, developing, and executing change initiatives
  • Perform needs assessments to determine the best use of employee resources, implement communications and training strategies designed to create organizational change, and determine and measure change analytics to gauge the effectiveness of strategies
  • Develop change management plans based on business demand, challenges, and implications
  • Evaluate project plans and identify change initiatives required for successful project execution
  • Implement change management strategies and methods to deliver sustainable results
  • Perform change readiness assessment to determine the feasibility of implementation
  • Act as primary contact to address any issues and questions on change management activities
  • Align internal stakeholders across multiple business units and locations on change initiatives
  • Influence, coach, and drive results through others in alignment with the project

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree or comparable qualification with a preference for Business, Human Resources, Communication, Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant experience leading organizational change management efforts, change management planning, and/or integrating change with project, communication, and training plans
  • Prosci certification preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on change efforts and projects and ability to build relationships and effectively execute in a collaborative environment
  • Knowledge in the communication with and management of international stakeholders
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
