<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Interacting with the vendors and other vendor coordinators on a regular basis, monitoring vendor behaviour and performance as well as managing improvement measures
  • Monitoring operational contractual obligations (e.g. fulfilment of agreed service levels) as well as escalating cases, if necessary
  • Consolidating and streamlining information on upcoming requirements and demands of the business area and handing them over to Procurement & Services and IT
  • Compliance for commercial and legal activities (e.g. purchase orders, contract negotiations, renewals and terminations)
  • Adherence to the IT Vendor Governance Framework, the (IT) procurement guideline and the external personnel guideline
  • Ensuring aligned vendor communication with all stakeholders (e.g., Vendor Management Expert for Managed Strategic Partners, IT Category Management for commercial topics and IT Compliance for legal and data protection topics)
  • Processing information on and implementing requirements from Procurement & Services and IT Compliance (e.g. executing vendor audits)
  • Close collaboration with other functions within the IT management office such as financial and resource management

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Experience in vendor relationship management or IT procurement
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in analysing and preparing data as well as providing reports
  • You stand out for your ability to think in a structured and conceptual way as well as to act independently
