Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Responsible for holistic planning, development, and implementation of Business Service Design projects with a cross-functional end-to-end focus
• Leading the project team and ensuring a smooth process from conception to implementation
• Developing new and capturing existing business concepts and designs, considering end-to-end processes and user needs
• Close collaboration with technology-related teams, such as Solution Architecture, to develop innovative solutions and provide thorough assessments of business requirements
• Continuous evaluation and optimization of existing layers such as process, capability or technology layers

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a focus on Business or Service Design, Project Management, or a similar qualification
• Demonstrated experience as a project manager or as a Business Analyst in Business Service Design projects or in the design of end-to-end solutions
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
