Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Successfully assessing and validating business requirements for quality management system (QMS) software
• Establishing aligned quality assurance processes and procedures across all ALDI SOUTH countries for the development and implementation of global QMS software
• Evaluating and optimising QMS software solutions in order to make recommendations for integrated quality assurance processes and procedures
• Working with colleagues around the world to develop and enhance systems and business processes
• Participating in relevant agile meetings and ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, review)

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Professional experience in quality management/assurance processes and procedures
• Experience working in an internationally diverse environment and organisation
• Agile mindset and experience in applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
• Professional proficiency in English (working language is English)

• Ability to assess risks and issues and proactively develop solutions
• Critical thinking skills and a results-oriented way of working
• Open and positive attitude towards change management
