Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Analysing, optimising and coordinating business requirements, analyses and strategic roadmaps
• Transferring knowledge and developing training sessions, as well as presenting business requirements to various stakeholders
• Participating in relevant agile meetings and ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, review)
• Serving as an expert in the area of master data management within a global project
• Transforming business requirements from a global assessment to the subsequent implementation
• Communicating with country stakeholders, as well as sharing your knowledge with national business colleagues

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Extensive knowledge of the relevant business processes in master data management
• In-depth understanding of the buying business area
• Agile mindset and experience applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Decision-making skills in complex environments
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience in IT product environments
• Experience in project management and/or with buying-related tasks
• German language skills
