Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Analysing and optimising global sourcing processes for all ALDI SOUTH countries, focusing on a process for entering, managing and publishing product specifications (e.g. allergens, nutrients) as well as for providing the necessary data for marketing activities 
• Evaluating and prioritising demands related to product information management in order to improve processes and usability, with a strong focus on a global product strategy
• reparing and executing tests of new implementations; creating user documentation
• Taking responsibility for various organisational and project management tasks in close collaboration with our international colleagues
• Realising train-the-trainer sessions

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on project or process management
• Professional experience in buying, project or process management
• Agile mindset and experience applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as decision-making skills in complex environments
• Ability to manage various stakeholders independently
• Professional proficiency in English
• Positive can-do attitude, high degree of self-motivation and strong communication skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
• Experience with PIM systems (knowledge in the area of Informatica P360 or Centric 8 is an advantage)
