Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Support the evaluation of national and international buying processes and collect requirements to transform them into optimized business processes to be rolled-out across the globe
  • Defining process solutions for Buying in the areas of Tendering, Contracting, eCommerce or Quality Assurance and aligning on detailed system requirements with internal and external stakeholders within an international environment 
  • Support the creation of test and end-user documentations, training material and conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions wherever required
  • Participating in relevant agile meetings and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, review sessions)    
  • Supporting the Product Manager in test phases and deployment activities
  • Organising and leading process workshops as well as presenting to different stakeholders, including upper management 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Extensive knowledge of relevant business processes and a profound understanding of Buying processes
  • Agile mindset and experience in applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making skills in complex environments
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English


Desirable extras.

  • Experience in SAP applications like SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 HANA 
  • Knowledge within buying related areas like logistics, supply chain management, quality assurance would be beneficial
  • Project management experience
  • Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: business transitions, listing, purchasing, pricing or supply chain management
