Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Acting as an expert within the Business Performance Management team in Global Business Coordination for Buying
• Conducting insightful business analysis in the global buying community
• Providing support in shaping the refinement of the ALDI Buying organisation
• Managing communication and interfaces with international stakeholders
• Contributing to the definition and implementation of standard procedures in Buying

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Extensive knowledge about the related business areas e.g. trade, industry or consulting in relation to organisational development, with a focus on purchasing/procurement
• Agile mindset and experience with applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Decision-making skills in complex environments
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Desirable extras.
