Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advising business departments in the optimisation, digitalisation and automation of our processes
• Conducting workshops on process optimisation with Celonis, using relevant frameworks such as DMAIC
• Initiating and leading projects for continuous process improvement, especially using process mining (Celonis)
• Developing a value roadmap and managing our process optimisation activities in close coordination with the business departments
• Creating benefit and cost analyses to support decision-making
• Managing stakeholders, including external partners and international project teams, in a structured and effective manner

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on business administration, information science or engineering
• Professional experience in process optimisation, preferably as a consultant
• Excellent consulting skills with an ability to present complex facts and results in a clear, structured and logical way
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as good knowledge of German and English
