Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advising departments on how to improve end-to-end processes via data-driven process transparency and fact-based insights 
• Understanding business needs and translating these into technical requirements
• Conducting in-depth process analyses based on methodological frameworks in order to identify process inefficiencies 
• Defining process performance metrics in the form of key performance indicators/process performance indicators
• Actively shaping relationship management by preparing and conducting workshops 
• Continuously developing measures for end-to-end process optimisation and preparing presentations of results for senior management
• Supporting project management with your own sub-tasks
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent
• Experience in process analysis, process modelling (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and process optimisation
• Initial professional experience in (agile) IT transformation projects 
• Solution-oriented thinking and a data-driven mindset with a focus on practical solutions to problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable, structured and logical manner
• Good English language skills

• Affinity for new technologies related to process optimisation
