Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Working in an agile scrum team to develop a new negotiation platform for our global buying departments 
• Analysing business processes and deriving requirements 
• Working hand in hand with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories 
• Identifying and harmonising relevant data from existing surrounding systems and designing the necessary interfaces 
• Managing requirements and evaluating priorities in the product backlog 
• Assuming responsibility  for epics and working closely with internal/external developers from design to rollout 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Very good analytical and strategic skills as well as experience with requirements analysis 
• University degree in information technology, business administration, or engineering, or a comparable qualification 
• Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases 
• Experience in working as part of an agile team and/or in scaled agile environments (SAFe) 
• Ability to communicate in a target group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness 
• Interest in AI technologies and their application 
• Very good English skills 

Desirable extras.

• Understanding of the global buying processes in retail 
• Experience in developing custom software 
• Understanding of the SAP S/4 landscape and data models
