Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Actively participating in an international project team responsible for global HR transformation projects  
• Developing and enhancing global HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable and aligned with business and local regulations 
• Harmonising and optimising business processes through innovative IT solutions  
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the process template aligns with organisational objectives 
• Creating functional documentation, including process diagrams, data flow models and system interface documentation 
• Carrying out training courses, test workshops and rollouts in an international environment  

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or similar qualification, with a focus on business or IT 
• Professional fluency in English for international cooperation 
• Expertise in driving the standardisation of HR processes 
• Preferably, experience with Workday implementation and integration with other enterprise systems 
• Understanding of HR processes  
• Strong analytical skills to align business needs with project goals 

Desirable extras.

• Process modelling capabilities in Signavio 
• Experience applying agile frameworks  
• German language skills are a plus
