Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Assuming responsibility for the technical setup and operation of our global self-service tech stack with Alteryx and Theobald in an agile working environment to enable ALDI’s Reporting & Analytics teams
• Steering an external operations team when collaborating on incident management, performance monitoring and root-cause analyses to ensure stable platform service
• Executing international technical initiatives for planning, coordinating and implementing updates, new features and platform governance
• Driving continuous service improvement by optimising operational/technical processes and resolving customer pain points
• Assuming responsibility for the central management of users and licenses
• Contributing to strategic projects for the front-end strategy, tool evaluation and new concepts (proof of concept)

Your Profile

What you should have.

• University degree or apprenticeship in IT/computer science
• Several years of professional experience in the administration of Alteryx Server (e.g. server installation and configuration, system integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning, using APIs for automation)
• Several years of professional experience working with Alteryx repositories, e.g. for server usage and audit dashboards
• General knowledge of network protocols/infrastructure and proxy/security configurations
• Structured way of working, with an eye for prioritisation and audience-specific communication
• Fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Ideally, several years of experience coordinating operational offshore teams or external partners
• Knowledge of integrations of Tableau/Alteryx with SAP BW/4HANA, Azure Databricks, SQL databases, Microsoft O365 applications
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management in ServiceNow
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI is a strong plus
