Your Job
What you give your best for.
- Drive the to be established data & analytics (D&A) academy within design, pilot and operationalisation
- Define the concept and target groups for the D&A academy
- Analyse, plan and create personas and learning paths
- Plan and coordinate the creation of different training modules and campaigns for the D&A academy, e.g. for data literacy and data culture
- Define and measure KPIs for the tracking of the success of the D&A academy
Your Profile
What you should have.
- 3+ years of professional work experience in the field of training & academy
- University degree or similar qualifications
- Data & Analytics or Data Governance experience
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural competencies and able to target messages to the audience group
- Structured thinking/way of working and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent level of English
