Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Leading and coaching all UX designers to continually improve our user experience
• Monitoring market developments and trends with a focus on UX and e-commerce
• Helping with the customer and user experience, customer research, UX design, testing and analytics
• Further developing the digital ALDI product portfolio
• Cooperating with interdisciplinary teams and on stakeholder management across teams
• Planning, executing and evaluating qualitative and quantitative user research
• Further developing our ALDI UX framework and our UX pattern

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree with a focus on communication/media/product/web or human interface design
• Several years of experience in the area of UX/CX with leadership responsibility
• Knowledge of applying UX/CX methods in management/strategy consulting
• Design thinking expertise, ability to moderate workshops for senior management
• Passion and enthusiasm for the user experience
• Excellent communication skills, ability to convince and inspire people
• Very good English language skills

What is desirable.

• Education/training in the area of user experience (e.g. CPUX certification) would be beneficial
• Confident in deploying agile working methods
