Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Supporting the product teams in managing projects and tracking activities in the Customer Interaction area
- Creating project plans and roadmaps in an agile setup, taking into account overarching structures
- Managing (technical) interdependencies between different initiatives and projects
- Introducing and reviewing KPIs for projects and deriving corresponding measures to achieve objectives
- Creating reports on projects and initiatives to provide transparency for (senior) management
- Cooperating with various departments in the different ALDI countries
- Supporting the further development of agile standards for the entire department
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- A degree in information technology, business administration or economics
- Methodological skills in classic as well as agile project management (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Initial practical experience in project management (ideally in an IT environment)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Creative approach to solving problems with the ability to focus on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Fluency in English
Desirable extras.
- Initial experience in working with scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe®, LeSS)
