<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Developing and implementing a Workforce Planning strategy, approach and concrete measures in the multinational Shared Services area
- Gathering and analysing data to get a clear picture of the current workforce
- Conducting skills gap analysis to find future skills gaps and derive respective future scenarios
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and adapting plans and measures (e.g. training programmes, hiring initiatives, etc.) to address identified future skill gaps
- Defining career paths to develop talent and ensure proper and future oriented development of our employees
- Monitoring of industry best practices/standards as well as changing legal requirements
- Working in close collaboration with central HR department and Shared Services leadership team
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- University degree (human resources, economics or computer science) or comparable qualification
- Experience in (Strategic) Workforce Planning
- Ideally, initial professional experience in IT
- Very good analytical thinking and structured work approach
- Ability to work in an international team and intercultural competence
- Very good English language skills
