<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Developing and implementing a Workforce Planning strategy, approach and concrete measures in the multinational Shared Services area
  • Gathering and analysing data to get a clear picture of the current workforce
  • Conducting skills gap analysis to find future skills gaps and derive respective future scenarios
  • Developing, implementing, monitoring and adapting plans and measures (e.g. training programmes, hiring initiatives, etc.) to address identified future skill gaps
  • Defining career paths to develop talent and ensure proper and future oriented development of our employees
  • Monitoring of industry best practices/standards as well as changing legal requirements
  • Working in close collaboration with central HR department and Shared Services leadership team
     

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree (human resources, economics or computer science) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in (Strategic) Workforce Planning
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in IT
  • Very good analytical thinking and structured work approach
  • Ability to work in an international team and intercultural competence
  • Very good English language skills
