Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Establishing a network of candidates and successfully filling key IT-related positions
  • Developing unique search strategies and conducting initial interviews with IT talents 
  • Maintaining our talent pool to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline 
  • Understanding, using and expanding database tools
  • Constantly researching new active sourcing trends and sourcing channels based on target groups 
  • Establishing, monitoring and optimising KPIs and analyses in order to measure success 
  • Supporting and closely collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Networker mentality: strong communicator, proactive attitude, skills of persuasion and desire to make a difference
  • University degree or similar qualification (e.g. completed apprenticeship) 
  • Experience in recruiting and/or active sourcing
  • Knowledge of the latest channels and tools in sourcing 
  • Solution-oriented and open to change 
  • Fluent German and English language skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience with the tech/IT target group
  • Initial experience with project management and an affinity for strategic topics
