What this role looks like.

Leading the design and development of scalable and robust administration and human resources architectures, ensuring the integrity of the global ALDI template in a modern SAP application landscape
Collaborating closely with international and national experts from IT departments and the architect network (enterprise/domain/solution architects) to ensure seamless alignment and collaboration
Cooperating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation and digitisation of finance operations, driving efficiency and accuracy
Driving digital transformation initiatives and projects within the HR domain, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to optimise processes and enhance business outcomes
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior architects, fostering their professional development and growth within the organisation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

University degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Proven professional experience in software architecture, including the design and development of bundled/integrated business applications
Extensive experience in the development/evaluation of technical solutions in relation to architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills, with a track record of translating complex business requirements into practical architecture designs
Solid experience with SAP HR/HCM solutions
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Business-fluent English language skills
