Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Participating in international IT projects (e.g. agile, hybrid, waterfall)
• Assuming responsibility for managing sub-projects within multi-disciplinary projects
• Developing, optimising and implementing processes in coordination with other departments
• Creating standardised methods and tools for large projects, e.g.:
  • Ensuring standardised reporting
  • Maintaining standardised processes
  • Collaborating on a consistent governance structure
• Supporting and advising the project leads
• Managing external partners and cooperating with international IT departments 
• Coordinating with functional and technical teams

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business studies or IT
• 2–3 years of experience in international (agile) project management
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
• An affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills
• Flexibility, commitment and the ability to communicate diplomatically
• Assertive and sociable team player with strong communication skills
• Very good English language skills
