Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Participating in providing transparency regarding the ALDI SOUTH IT project portfolio by creating and maintaining a comprehensive multi-project plan from existing sources containing project activities in different maturity stages
• Defining and managing the required cross-disciplinary collaboration routines to ensure early communication and timely updates
• Performing focused checks based on the comprehensive multi-project plan with regard to sequencing, planning dependencies, resource as well as technical conflicts
• Preparing communication material for different stakeholders and assisting in setting up suitable reporting routines for top management
• Working on the further development of the required process and defining requirements with regard to tooling to ensure the simple and reliable collaboration of all parties involved

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree or apprenticeship in business informatics, business management or a similar field
• Background in IT project management, programme management or portfolio management
• Experience in working within a complex transformation environment
• Expertise in managing parallel IT projects in a multi-track environment with central SAP and non-SAP systems
• Experience in identifying dependencies, risks and challenges in complex IT and business roadmaps
• Communication and presentation skills across hierarchical levels and disciplines
• A high level of business and IT English 

What is desirable.

• Certification in agile framework
• Knowledge and configuration in ServiceNow
